Indicative pricing only. Final quotes are based on a detailed scope review and typically land within ±15% of these ranges. Modeling and drawings are priced by area; consulting is priced by company size and scope intensity.
Rates calibrated against engagements ranging from single-discipline pilots to the largest federated BIM model in the world (NAICM Mexico City Airport, Autodesk AEC Excellence Award winner).
Final proposals typically land within ±15% of these ranges. We share the full scope assumptions in writing before any commitment.
Distributed delivery means we can pair the right rate with the right expertise — global advisors with local production capacity where it makes sense.

The calculator uses real engagement data from across our five markets. Indicative ranges typically land within ±15% of a final scoped proposal. The biggest swing factors are model complexity, deliverable specificity, and stakeholder count — not market choice.
Travel, third-party software licenses (Revit, ACC, Navisworks, etc.), specialty consultants (acoustic, sustainability), and client-side approvals are billed separately. Our estimates cover ConstruBIM-side delivery hours and supervision.
Yes. Use the "Email me this estimate" button or our contact page — we'll schedule a 30–45 minute scope call, then return a fixed-fee proposal (or T&M with a not-to-exceed cap) within 3 business days.
Both. Most production work (modeling, drawings) is fixed-price by area. Most strategic work (BIM implementation, ISO 19650 rollout) is T&M with a not-to-exceed cap, because scope iterates with the client. We tell you which is right for your scope on the call.
It's labor-market reality, not service tier. The same senior BIM lead with the same playbook costs more on a US engagement because we staff to local employment and overhead structures. Many US clients pair a US-led strategy phase with Mexico-based production for cost efficiency — ask us about hybrid delivery.
We've supported pilots starting at 5,000 m² and federated programs over 500,000 m². If a calculator output looks unreasonable for your project (too low or too high), reach out — there's usually a scope assumption we can adjust.
